About the Trainer
Mary Holmes
I believe in the transformative power of fitness. In 1997, I became a personal trainer to share that power with others. I help people improve their performance and quality of life by drawing from years of experience as a personal trainer, life/health coach, medical/ post-rehab specialist, triathlon coach, aerobics/ yoga/Pilates instructor, as well as personal trials of back rehabilitation. Prior to becoming a trainer, I practiced as a CPA and CFP. My husband, Mike, and I love hiking, bird watching, biking, scuba diving, and ballroom dancing.
