Six Steps to Fitness Success
1. Define Your Fitness Goals.

We’ll work together to establish realistic, measurable, and attainable goals.
2. Develop an Individualized Program.
We’ll design an effective and flexible program that is tailored to your specific goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. Coordination with healthcare professionals and coaches is facilitated when necessary.
3. Expand Your Knowledge.
You’ll learn the fundamentals of fitness, nutrition and wellness. This foundation will help you maximize your results and minimize your risk of injury. We’ll also discuss how to safely progress your program and monitor your exercise intensity. Overtraining can be a stumbling block. Knowing when to push yourself and when to pull back is a valuable tool for all levels.
4. Stay Motivated.
To keep your program enjoyable, effective and challenging, we’ll make changes as needed and add variety to keep you going.
5. Evaluate Your Progress.
There are many ways to evaluate your progress: improved test results, better performance, weight loss, better daily function, greater range of motion, increased bone mass, pain/stress reduction, or just feeling better. We’ll periodically reassess your goals and continue to move forward in a positive direction.
6. Achieve a Balanced Lifestyle.
Whether you’re an athlete, a senior, a recreational exerciser, a beginner, or someone working through a health issue, finding the right balance is the key to being healthy and fit, reaching your full potential and being able to do the things you love to do!
